We collect only what you send us through the contact form or email, plus basic website statistics. We use it to reply to you and run the business. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

DW Clarity Group LLC (“DW Clarity Group,” “we,” “us”) provides Microsoft Copilot and AI training, speaking, and consulting. We are based in Bloomington, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect through dwclaritygroup.com and how we use it.

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number and organization, if provided
- The topic of your inquiry, preferred dates, and your message
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Like most websites, it automatically collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request
- To schedule and deliver training, speaking, or consulting engagements
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Squarespace) and email provider (Microsoft 365), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, including YouTube and LinkedIn. Video thumbnails on our site load from YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet business and tax record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing David@DWClarityGroup.com. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
