Technology has always been my thing. I spent 11 years as a technical trainer before being recruited by Microsoft where I worked for 20 years. My last 6 years were in the Microsoft Global Skilling group helping top customers plan and execute transformational skilling initiatives. Now I'm heading back to the classroom.

My wife Debbie and I founded DW Clarity Group to bring practical, results-focused AI training to IT leaders and business teams. We specialize in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Agents.

My background is technical. My delivery isn't.
